Four phases. Every item accounted for.
Before we load a single piece, a documented checklist governs every stage — from the initial room survey to verified delivery at your destination.
Each checkpoint is logged and communicated before the crew moves forward. Nothing advances on assumption.
No phase begins until the prior one clears.
Pre-Move Survey
Packing and Wrapping
Loading and Transit
Delivery and Assembly
Every item is placed, reassembled, and condition-checked against the pre-move record. The move closes only when the inventory is fully reconciled.
Every room is photographed and inventoried. Fragile items, high-value pieces, and dismantling requirements are logged before packing begins.
Furniture is dismantled to material specification. Each piece is wrapped, labeled, and cross-checked against the inventory before it leaves the room.
Items are loaded in documented sequence. You receive confirmation when the vehicle departs and a second update when it arrives at destination.

The checklist clears before the truck does.
Pre-move photography creates a verifiable condition record for every item. That record travels with the crew and is reconciled at the destination — not filed away.
Wrapping materials are selected per surface type. Glass, timber, upholstery, and metal each receive a different protection specification — logged on the item's inventory entry.
Checkpoint updates are issued at packing complete, vehicle loaded, en route, and delivery verified. No phase is marked closed until confirmed.
Review the protocol. Then let us apply it.
A move assessment maps your specific inventory and timeline against our protocol — so both sides know exactly what the job requires before it starts.
